Strongest of the three Intas combination packs at 1000 mg per capsule - 875 mg of amoxicillin with 125 mg of clavulanic acid - and the shortest strip of the set, at four capsules.
The clavulanate share stays fixed across all three strengths because its job is to block bacterial enzymes rather than to kill bacteria itself; what rises with the number on the box is the amoxicillin alone.
As a beta-lactam combination it acts on bacterial cell-wall synthesis, and like any antibiotic it does nothing against viral infection.
