Udenafil belongs to the PDE5 inhibitor family, the same class as sildenafil and tadalafil, and is used for erectile dysfunction. It blocks phosphodiesterase type 5, the enzyme that breaks down cyclic GMP in the smooth muscle of the penile vasculature.
Developed in South Korea under the name Zydena, it falls between the older PDE5 drugs in duration: a half-life of roughly eleven to thirteen hours, longer than sildenafil but well short of tadalafil.
This Indian-made generic pack holds four tablets of 100 mg. It is not an anabolic agent and has no hormonal action.
