Flibanserin is neither a hormone nor an erectile drug. It acts centrally, as a 5-HT1A agonist and 5-HT2A antagonist, with downstream effects on dopamine and noradrenaline signalling in the prefrontal cortex, and it was approved for hypoactive sexual desire disorder in premenopausal women. Nothing else in this section works that way.
The pack is a small one: four tablets of 100 mg from an Indian producer. Flibanserin has a documented and significant interaction with alcohol, a warning carried on its original labelling.
