Tadacip is one of the older Indian generic names for tadalafil, and the packaging reflects that — plain carton, four tablets of 20 mg, nothing combined in with it.
Tadalafil belongs to the phosphodiesterase type 5 inhibitors. It acts on blood flow rather than on hormones or desire, and in medicine it is also used for benign prostatic hyperplasia and for pulmonary arterial hypertension. Its half-life is considerably longer than that of sildenafil, which is how the compound earned its reputation as the slow-clearing member of the group. Four tablets is the small, compact presentation of it.
