Promifen carries clomiphene citrate at 50 mg per tablet, 50 tablets to the box, under the Alpha Pharma label. The molecule is a SERM, a selective estrogen receptor modulator, and not an aromatase inhibitor. That distinction is worth keeping straight, because clomiphene does not lower circulating estrogen at all.
What it does is occupy estrogen receptors, including those in the hypothalamus and pituitary. Read as a shortage of estrogen, that signal raises output of LH and FSH. Clinically the drug is best known for ovulation induction; in this catalogue it is shelved with the anti-estrogens for the gonadotropin side of the same action.
