A dilute preparation exists for a practical reason — with a short-ester compound the volume drawn is small, and a lighter solution measures out in larger, easier-to-read amounts on the barrel. Nothing else differs: a non-aromatising 19-nor androgen suspended in oil, releasing over days rather than weeks. The label drops the final e from the spelling, but the substance line is the one that identifies it.
