A 450 mg/ml blend in a 10 ml vial, assembled from three components with deliberately unequal release speeds: testosterone phenylpropionate at the fast end, testosterone cypionate as the slow one, and boldenone undecylenate, whose ester is among the longest in common use anywhere.
Boldenone is a testosterone derivative with an altered ring structure that leaves it weaker in androgenic character than the parent hormone. Putting two testosterone esters of different length in one vial is a formulation decision — the short ester becomes active sooner, the long one holds the level afterwards.
