Methyldrostanolone - the compound the Superdrol name attaches to - is an oral androgen built on the drostanolone skeleton with a methyl group added at carbon 17. Alpha Pharma sells it as Mastoral, 10 mg to the tablet, 50 tablets to the carton.
Two things follow from that structure. It descends from dihydrotestosterone, so there is no aromatisation and no oestrogenic activity to account for. And it is alkylated for oral use, which places it among the compounds most associated with strain on liver enzymes - it has a blunt reputation on that count and is described that way fairly consistently.
