Helios is not a hormone. It is an injectable lipolytic blend pairing clenbuterol, a beta-2 adrenergic agonist first developed as a bronchodilator, with yohimbine, an alkaloid that blocks alpha-2 adrenergic receptors.
The two work on opposite ends of the same adrenergic system, and the mixture is intended for subcutaneous rather than deep intramuscular use. Dragon Pharma supply it in a 10 ml multi-dose vial at a combined 5.8 mg per millilitre. Both components are stimulant in character, so raised heart rate, tremor and sweating belong to the compound's profile rather than being footnotes to it.
